Anyone who complains about this place is an absolute Karin with 0 patience or people skills. A lot of the time this building is understaffed (as are MANY service industry places right now), but the employees 100% always make it worth any kind of wait. I've ALWAYS been greeted with courtesy and kindness at the window. Brian the drive-thru guy deserves a raise for being SO gracious to the customers. I always get exactly what I ask for, and they even make wonderful recommendations when I like to try something new. Don't let the long lines scare you. It is worth it here! The only thing the manager needs to consider now is hiring more staff to keep up with the demand.
I've come here at least 4-5 times now, each time was a drive thru visit. So far, I must say that there hasn't been a long wait at all. My last experience, I pulled in and there was a very long line, but it managed to move very quickly. The service has been what you would expect from a corporate coffee shop that has standard operations. The coffee is up to the corporate quality as well. I would say that this is a great location if you're passing by and need your coffee fix. The inside, looking from the outside, doesn't appear to be that large. I don't know if I would hold any business meetings at this store. Again, I haven't been inside this store yet.
Brand new Starbucks and they have a drive thru too! So convenient, especially when traveling with cranky kids who couldn't care less about me wanting an Americano. So far, they're doing a great job here. The staff is nice, the place is immaculate inside, and the noise level is perfect. Truly a pleasure to stop by. Good stuff all around, keep it up guys!
